A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including a rice cooker, microwave oven, oven, refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils.

We have a convenient washer/dryer unit to keep your clothes fresh during your stay. Please make use of the iron as well.

The dining area has a projector for movie nights. We have streaming services such as Disney+ and Netflix. We also have Chromecast, so you can cast content from your Android or iOS device by connecting to our Wi-Fi network.

There is a snack and tea set in the kitchen. Let us know if anyone in your group has dietary restrictions or allergies so we can adjust accordingly!

Our home is equipped with a smart lock, and you have a unique 4-digit code for your stay.

Steps to Unlock the Door:

1. Enter your unique code.
2. Press the LOCKSTATE (Remotelock) button

1. Please use your pre check-in URL to complete the check-out process before you leave the house.
2. Improper trash disposal may result in additional fees. Large items (over 30 cm) left behind will incur a disposal fee of 3,300 yen per item.

Early check-ins, late checkouts, and luggage storage, when possible, are subject to a fee of 3,300~ yen (tax included).

If check-out is delayed without notification, we will charge a cleaning staff waiting fee of 1,650 yen (tax included) for every 30 minutes after 10:00.

The prices above are only for additional items if requested. Each bed is already prepared with pillows and linens, and we provide face and body towels for every guest.

For your convenience, you’re welcome to use the washing machine if you’d like fresh towels during your stay, or you can request an extra set for a fee.

• Do not flush sanitary napkins or dispose of toilet paper in the wastebasket. Only flush toilet paper.

• If the kitchen trash cans get full, please use the outdoor trash bin at any time.
• Large items left behind will incur a disposal fee of 3,300 yen per item (tax included).

1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

2. Noise Control: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. Close windows to avoid neighborhood disturbance and complaints about loud noise. Additional charges may apply if conflict resolution is needed due to complaints from neighbors.

3. Supplies: Items like tissue paper, toilet paper, and shampoo are provided. Extra supplies are at your own expense.

4. Heaters/Air Conditioners: Turn on air conditioners one by one to avoid tripping the circuit breaker.

5. Cleaning: Please return the rooms to a clean state before check-out. Do not leave the house in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled carpets and linens, etc.). 

6. Toilets: Do not flush sanitary napkins, and do not discard toilet paper into wastebaskets. Improper disposal may lead to plumbing issues and result in additional charges.

7. Mail and Luggage: You may receive mail/luggage only during your stay. We cannot forward mail or accept items on your behalf. Any mail/luggage received after your stay will be disposed of at your expense.

8. Damage: In the event that something is broken, lost, or malfunctions, please let us know immediately so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives. We understand that accidents happen, and will work with you to assess any reimbursement for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs,  if necessary.
